For your information, representatives from Costco have been invited to present their plans for the Ft. Lincoln Costco. 

Residents of Ft. Lincoln, greater Ward 5 community, Mayor's Office, D.C. Council, and others are invited to attend a June 23rd meeting to learn of the plans for the Costco development and to discuss issues and concerns.

Ft. Lincoln residents will have to be verified if they plan to vote on items impacting their immediate community that call for a vote.

Included in the agenda will be:

  • Traffic Study
  • Street Paving, Curbs, and Curb Cuts to comply with the American Disability Act
  • Class A Liquor License Request for Beer, Wine, Liquor
  • Gas Station
  • Job Fair
  • Community Benefits and Amenities Package
  • A Ft. Lincoln Single Member District 5A-12 Vote
  • Utilization of Local, Small, Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, and Disadvantaged Businesses
Other items and speakers on the agenda will be announced. 

Ft. Lincoln residents have three items that that they will need to vote on to meet the Single Member District requirements. Results of this vote will be presented to the entire Advisory Neighborhood Commission for a vote by the commissioners.

Elected officials are invited to participate.  Further details of the meeting with a more precise agenda will be made available soon.  Stay tuned.
